P1000 means your computer has not completed it's monitored testing. Drive for a few days, clear the code, and you should be okay.
i just purchased an sct/x3 programmer off of american muscle and it is reading a code p1000 and will this effect my tune? and how do i get rid of this???

alright but does that effect my tune? like is it not getting programmed all the way?
I think I had that same code before. From what I remember it doesnt hurt anything. But it does indicate an issue with your ECU not being able to gather all the data it needs. Which I think is like EGR, O2s, ect.
ya i understand that but im asking if the tune isnt getting programmed to my computer right since it shows that code?
